Monthly Communion Offering/ Donation Partners

At Grace Covenant, we have monthly Communion Offering/Donation Partners; these local agencies and recipients are evaluated annually at the Outreach Team's retreat.   Throughout the year, we look to the congregation for their recommendations of local agencies that we might support.  If you have any ideas, please contact an Outreach Team member.

January 2010 - Communion Offering

Our first Communion Offering of 2010 will consist of monetary and non-perishable food for Catholic Charities via Church Women United.  This offering is received all month.  Non-perishable food donations can be placed in the designated bin by the weekday entrance of Grace Covenant.  For the monetary donations, you may use a Communion Offering envelope (in our mailing of envelopes or in the pew racks) or designate "Communion Offering" on your check.


February 2010 - Communion Offering

Harvesters is the recipient for February.  We will be accepting monetary and non-perishable food for Harvesters and their Souper Bowl of Caring event throughout the month of February.  Non-perishable food donations can be placed in the designated bin by the weekday entrance of Grace Covenant.  For the monetary donations, you may use a Communion Offering envelope (in our mailing of envelopes or in the pew racks or designate "Communion Offering" on your check.


Special Offerings

We also have special offerings thoughout the year, for instance, One Great Hour of Sharing, PW's Birthday Offering, VBS, PW's Thank Offering, and the Christmas Joy Offering.
